Major movements in the accounts of non-current financial assets
from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005:

• Addition of SKK 200 thousand represents settlement of the acquisition of shares in ZSE prenos, s.r.o.. ZSE, a.s., acquired the share of 100% in ZSE prenos, s.r.o., on 9 February 2005 by payment of the its contribution.
• Disposal of SKK 44,900 thousand relates to the repayment of a borrowing by Enermont s.r.o., Bratislava in the amount of SKK 42,400 thousand and partial repayment of a borrowing by OTC, s.r.o., Hlo-hovec in the amount of SKK 2,500 thousand.
