At December 31, 2005, the Company’s registered capital consisted of 5,934,594 shares with a nominal value of SKK 1,000 for each share. The entire amount of share capital has been recorded in the Commercial Regis-ter. The item “Profit reserves” includes the legal reserve fund of SKK 1,186,919 thousand at December 31, 2005, the use of which is limited by the Slovak Commercial Code.
The ordinary General Meeting held on 24 May 2005 approved the individual statutory financial statements and the proposed appropriation of the Company’s profit for the year 2004.
Distribution network recovery fund has been set up based on the agreement of shareholders of ZSE a.s. and on the proposal of Ministry of Economics of Slovak republic. The usage of this fund is limited to the defined purposes.
The profit per share in 2005 was SKK 496.28 (2004: SKK 442.65).
