Significant Events that Occurred after the End of 2007

Západoslovenská energetika
Elections for the Supervisory Board of Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. were held on Tuesday, 29th January 2008. A list of candidates from the election results of 129 cast votes was as follows:
1. Silvia Šmátralová - 108 votes
2. Kamil Doman - 89 votes
3. Miroslav Franko - 70 votes

Silvia Šmátralová and Kamil Doman will continue their work in the Supervisory Board for the next three years. Miroslav Franko will replace the current member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Alojz Bahelka.
After 31st January 2008, the Supervisory Board has the following members: Chairman Milan Chorvátik, Vice Chairman Walter Hohlefelder, members: Silvia Šmátralová, Kamil Doman, Andrej Danko, Ľuboš Majdán, Iveta Pauhofová, Ladislav Jančo and Miroslav Franko.

ZSE Distribúcia
On Tuesday, 15th January 2008, ZSE Distribúcia, a.s. held elections to the Supervisory Board. Out of five candidates the voters selected the following Supervisory Board members:
1. Rudolf Gašparovič - 61 votes
2. Silvia Šmátralová - 46 votes
3. Iveta Chudá - 44 votes

After 17th February 2008, the Supervisory Board of ZSE Distribúcia, a.s. has the following members: Chairman Jozef Troják, Vice Chairman Andrej Devečka, members: Iveta Cintulová, Peter Jambor, Miroslav Adámek, Radomír Vajanský, Rudolf Gašparovič, Silvia Šmátralová and Iveta Chudá.

ZSE Energia
On Tuesday, 28th January 2008, ZSE Energia, a.s. conducted elections to the Supervisory Board. Out of 9 candidates, only Mr. Juraj Beliansky received the required majority of votes from 120 voters. Following elections were held on 11th February 2008 with the following results:
1. Juraj Beliansky - 85 votes in the first elections
2. Dušan Košecký - 92 votes in the second elections
3. Pavol Zajíček - 77 votes in the second elections

After 12th February 2008, the Supervisory Board of ZSE Energia, a.s. has the following members: Chairman Jozef Smolka, Vice Chairman Konrad Kreuzer, members: Milan Kováč, Peter Privalinec, Ján Dohňanský, Peter Staněk, Juraj Beliansky, Dušan Košecký and Pavol Zajíček.
